SEAMAAC is excited to be expanding our Truancy Case Management (TCM) Program in our Education Department.
We are looking for talented and compassionate individuals who are committed to increasing opportunities for children and youth by building positive relationships with their family, school and communities, and to help them achieve their full academic potential.
We are also looking for a Vietnamese Outreach Worker to join our Health and Social Services Department.

The Truancy Case Management Supervisor will work with the TCM team to offer clinical support focused on students that receive early truancy interventions and case management services. Our program goals are to resolve truancy issues and facilitate families’ ability to develop positive relationships that promote well-being and permanency of children in the home.

Truancy Case Managers will work with the TCM program team to offer support and advocacy services primarily for students referred to truancy court. The Truancy Case Manager will provide case management services including comprehensive assessments, Family Development Plans (FDP), home and school visits, representation at court hearings, and referrals and linkages to community resources.

School and Family Resource Specialists will provide overall support to students and families enrolled in our early truancy intervention efforts based in 32 schools that are partners in our TCM program.

The Vietnamese Outreach Worker conducts outreach to Vietnamese immigrant and refugee communities, provides health and social service education and conducts case management with clients. He/she increases clients’ awareness of, access to, and participation in a variety of health and social services.
