Trolley Tour – Creating Communities of Choice
On May 7, 2004 join the People’s Emergency Center for a tour of our exciting community revitalization work in West Philadelphia. We’ll visit our housing, open space projects, and commercial development initiatives in the West Powelton and Mantua neighborhoods.
