Philadelphia Education Fund (PEF) seeks a college access professional to serve as a Coordinator in our College Access Program (CAP), a federally funded TRiO Talent Search Program. The program partners with Philadelphia public schools, universities, community groups and businesses to support over 1,700 9th through 12th grade students. Coordinators provide direct student support, execute program work plans, and develop trusting relationships with youth and families – to ensure that students are on track toward college admission and completion.
