TreeVitalize Neighborhood Tree Planting
Saturday, April 14, 8:45 am ? l pm; Rain Date, 1 pm, Sunday, April 15
Meeting location: 6605 Lawnton Avenue, 19126, between 10th and 11th Streets
Oak Lane Tree Tenders, neighbors and other volunteers will plant 20 trees in Oak Lane with community support. Volunteers are needed. Wear sturdy shoes and clothes that can get dirty. Project organizers will provide gloves and tools. Large trees are 10 to14 foot tall trees with soil ball that weigh 200+ lbs and are planted in 3-4 person teams.
