Please join us for our CD release party of Waking Up The Town Legacy.
For 6 weeks our students collaborated with local Philadelphia artist Homer Jackson to learn about the history and significance of Philadelphia’s Uptown Theater. By creating their own songs, they hope to keep the legacy of the Uptown alive.
This project was made possible through a grant from the Stockton Rush Bartol Foundation.
