The goal is for participants to be able to:
- Experience how transformational intergroup dialogue improves understanding and relationships between groups
- Increase skills in communicating and relating to individuals who are culturally different from oneself
- Develop an awareness of one’s own obstacles to facilitating, teaching and managing diverse groups
