Teaching Children to Love Trees – Training
Join us if you care about trees and would like to work with youth in your community to teach tree appreciation and care.
PHS is offering a training that will highlight our tried-and-true youth tree programs as well as tips and techniques for working with youth. To help in case-making for involving youth in nature programs, research on the importance of nature exposure to youth also will be shared. Learn and leave with materials and teaching tips and tricks.
This training is for anyone who is interested in working with youth in schools, youth groups or in their neighborhood.
Wednesday, January 23rd 6:30 -8:30pm
PHS, 100 N. 20th St., Philadelphia
