Training Specialist
PA/MidAtlantic AIDS Education and Training Center

Summary:
Plans and implements training and education programs for care providers on all aspects of HIV care. Implements needs assessments including key informant interviews, focus and discussion groups. Identifies and recruits target audiences and designs educational interventions to meet learning objectives. Creates learning materials for individual programs. Reviews program evaluations and integrates findings into future plans.

Requirements:
<li> Experience in providing continuing education for adults and/or health professionals a plus
<li> Knowledge in HIV/AIDS clinical care
<li> Able to do topic-specific literature searches. Skilled in Word and Power Point
<li> Able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of organizational skill
