Training program for youth workers planned
ACHIEVEability and Temple University are developing a skill development program for adults in the Haddington or Cobbs Creek neighborhoods in Philadelphia who provide small-scale formal or informal services or activities to youth ages 8-16 in their homes, churches or within the community, after school or during their free time.
The training program will be for anyone who takes the initiative to help provide positive activities for kids. It will explore a variety of topics including organizational development and fundraising. For more information, email Anna Hargrove at Anna.Hargrove@ACHIEVEability.org or call 215-748-8819.
