You will work in collaboration with and under the general supervision of the Director of Risk-Quality Management and Training. You will design and deliver affiliate-wide training program for licensed and non-licensed patient-facing staff, to ensure standardized compliance with best practices in the patient experience. You will also be responsible to develop, coordinate, and support systems to deliver, monitor, and continuously improve training for new hires as well as advanced and refresher trainings for current employees; and work closely with managers to ensure that training programs are well-integrated with and responsive to agency goals and department operations.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in a training and/or administrative role in health care; demonstrated experience in developing, delivering, evaluating, and managing large-scale training programs; thorough knowledge of reproductive health care/family planning; be able to travel to PPSP sites throughout the four-county service area, be a self-motivated achiever, have the drive and ability to think out of the box to develop systems and roles; the ability to set strategic and tactical goals; and be able to work independently. In addition, the successful candidate must have proven ability to communicate and interact clearly with all levels of personnel, in writing and orally; possess superior leadership and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service; and the ability to learn and use various computer applications, including web-based meeting and training systems. Planned Parenthood experience is strongly preferred.
