Town Meeting with Paul Vallas: Online Registration Available
Posted by on September 19, 2003
You can now register online for the September 29th Town Meeting with Paul Vallas from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Friends Meeting House, 4th & Arch St. We encourage you to register in this way so that we’ll know who’s planning to attend.
I will be generating questions to phillyblocks, phillyschools, and youthsupportnet over the next week that we can address that the Town Meeting. We welcome suggestions as to what you want us to discuss.
But the bottom line, really, has to do with the partnership between the School District, the City of Philadelphia, and the neighborhoods as to improving education in Philadelphia. What should it look like? What do we expect from the School District? What kind of help does the School District want from us?
We do hope you can join us. Just go to http://phillyneighborhoods.org and you’ll see it there at the top of the page.
Thanks.
