Toolkit: Greening Grocery Strategies for Sustainable Food Retailing

Greening Grocery: The Food Trust, a Philadelphia-based non-profit and CFSC member, recently released an on-line toolkit titled “Greening Grocery Strategies for Sustainable Food Retailing.” The toolkit includes lessons learned in working with the state’s Fresh Food Financing Initiative as well as a discussion of increasing access to fresh produce and the financial benefits of sustainable building practices.
