Title III Capacity Development

Funds to support organizations in their efforts to strengthen their organizational infrastructure and enhance their capacity to develop, enhance or expand high quality HIV primary health care services in rural or urban underserved areas, and communities of color. The applicant must propose capacity building activities that develop, enhance, or expand a comprehensive continuum of outpatient HIV primary care services in their community through the applicant agency.
