Therapist, Women Against Abuse
Description:
The Therapist will provide clinical intervention to adults residing at the shelter who have been effected by domestic violence and related stressors. The Therapist will work with residents to process their experiences of abuse and violence, in order to mitigate the long-term effects of trauma. The Adult Therapist will maintain a caseload of clients, providing direct therapy, which can include individual, group, and family work. Actively participate in training and education regarding the Sanctuary Model.
Hours: part-time with core hours Monday thru Friday, flexible schedule 15 hours per week. Salary: commensurate with experience.
