20th Annual Soul of Du Bois Conference “The State of the Black Union: Health, Education and Politics.”
We will be exploring these issues from past, present and future perspectives. The day begins with continental breakfast with a guest speaker; then three panels: Perspectives on Health Issues, The Quest for Educational Equality and Politics of the Black Community. In addition to the panels and guest speaker, there will be film viewings, dinner with entertainment and summary speakers.
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Location: Du Bois College House, University of Pennsylvania
Access: Open to the Public
The event is free to panelists and those attending the panels. All others will be charged a small fee for the dinner.
