The NEXT Institute on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, From Classroom to Community, Moving Toward Social Justice
February 29, 2020, 8:30am-4pm, Brooklyn, NY
During this one-day intensive Institute we will dig deep into the realities of educating for social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in practical ways that inform and bolster your teaching practice, your relationship to students, and your choice of curriculum and projects. We will share tools for integrating ethnography, social justice, and social emotional learning in our lessons, units, and programs, and better yet, into the culture of our schools and organizations learn more.
