Posted by on April 08, 2013
The Netter Center’s latest Annual Report spans two academic years, 2010-11 and 2011-12, and features the Netter Center’s collaborative work across schools and departments at the University of Pennsylvania.
The Report particularly highlights Penn dean and faculty partners including Joseph Bordogna, Dennis DeTurck, Matthew Hartley, and Afaf Meleis; two recent Penn alumni, Shama Jamal and Joanna Chae, who are serving as the Netter Center’s first Emerson Fellows and working to advance university-assisted community schools locally and nationally; and a 2011 graduate of University City High School, Karohn Lawrence, who has been strongly supported by Netter Center programming and is now succeeding at La Salle University.
