The Longest Night 2022: find comfort in the midst of your struggles – Dec 21

Are you feeling sad, lonely, disappointed, lost, anxious, or overwhelmed this winter holiday season? You’re not alone. The Mayor’s Office of Public Engagement invites you to our annual virtual event, The Longest Night. Held on the Winter Solstice, this gathering is for us to acknowledge the variety of complicated feelings in our community at the end of a challenging and uncertain year.
This year, we’ve invited teaching artists to guide short workshops on artmaking that will bring comfort and hope. Because we have limited time and supplies, we ask that you sign-up in advance for your artmaking workshop. Please indicate your first and second preferences through the registration page linked below:
