“In August 2005, Catholic Relief Services sent a team of five writers and actors to the Arizona/Mexico border to investigate the immigration crisis. They wanted the chance to meet with people on numerous and diverse sides of the issue. When they returned home, they compiled all of their experiences and crafted this play” (CRS Drama Project)
Students participating in Chestnut Hill College’s “Project Mexico” service-learning immersion experience will present a dramatic reading of The Line In The Sand this Thursday, February 19th at 1:00pm and again at 8:00pm, with discussion to follow. Please join us for this performance and important dialogue about current border and immigration issues. Contact Ryan Murphy at 215.248.7032 or [email protected] for more information.
