The Leadership Code: Managing and Motivating Across Generations – Apr 3

This one-day interactive workshop is designed to equip social sector leaders with the skills and understanding necessary to lead effectively in a cross-generational workplace while integrating principles of diversity, ethics, and inclusion. Participants will explore strategies to bridge generational gaps, address structural barriers to equity and foster a thriving and inclusive workplace.
