The Course: Global Citizenship

Are all people equally worthy of one another’s recognition and respect? If that is true in theory, do we recognize it in practice? If we wanted to recognize it, how would we do so universally while still respecting diverse traditions and belief systems? How does service with a Maya cultural center in Mexico relate?
