This webinar will focus on the emerging anchor mission approach, providing attendees with a foundation in anchor strategies and community wealth building. Presenters will focus remarks on how they moved anchor strategies from theory to practice, focusing on lessons learned in implementation in the areas of local and inclusive hiring, local and diverse sourcing, and real estate and housing affordability. Participants will have the chance to ask questions and participate in a larger conversation about how to advance and accelerate this approach across their communities and higher education.
