The 2022 CHIPS and Science Act’s Impact on STEM in PA and Beyond

Jan Morrison, the Founder and CEO of TIES (Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM), and Jeremy Shore, Director of Digital Innovation and Early Learning of TIES, presented the new federal CHIPS and Science Act at the December 1, 2022 PA Statewide STEM Ecosystem (PSSE) meeting. They explained how it would impact STEM education and workforce development in Pennsylvania and the country as a whole, and the role of STEM Ecosystems in meeting the opportunities presented by the Act.
