TGP’s Global Sustainability Expo – Feb 24

An immersive global sustainability experience. 4 countries, 1 day, February 24, 2021, starting at 10 AM.
This event will feature engaging one-hour virtual experiences where TGP’s global sustainability programs operate: Iceland, Japan, Nepal, and Peru.
Join us throughout the day for:
- Virtual tours: From glacier hikes in Iceland to exploring Indigenous sustainability practices in Peru
- Live Q&A from on-site staff and faculty: Explore and analyze the role that solar microgrids play in rural communities in Nepal, and how Fukushima, Japan is staying on track to be 100% renewable by 2040
- Alumni career panels: Where are TGP alumni making an impact now? Connect with TGP alumni and gain advice to start your sustainability career
- Course overviews: Learn about our unique curriculum design and courses
- TGP Trivia, sustainability break-out rooms, and more!
University students, staff, and faculty are invited to hear from TGP’s global team who are furthering TGP’s global sustainability education mission. We’ll delve into traditional travel program opportunities taking place in 2021, as well as virtual and professional certificate programming available now.
