Temple Education Scholars Program Manager

This position provides administrative and logistical support to the Assistant Director of College Access and Persistence, focusing on the management of the Temple Education Scholars Dual Enrollment Program. The Program Manager undertakes the day-to-day decision-making regarding, and the supervision of, the Temple Education Scholars (TES) program (its high school participants and its supporting Temple student staff). Among the key responsibilities is the on-going academic, college and career readiness, and social-emotional advising support of the program participants, ongoing communication to participants’ families and schools, scheduling and other logistics coordination with school and community partners, general oversight of the daily activities of on and off-campus programming for TES, data collection and management, and supervision of student workers and interns. The Program Manager will also be responsible creating and facilitating programming that will coach the program participants during their experiences to support their success with their dual enrollment courses as well as their college, scholarship, and financial aid application completion and submission.
