Literacy commission needs tech tutors
The Mayor’s Commission on Literacy is looking for tutors who can help adult learners develop their literacy skills through the use of technology.
This is a great opportunity for techies to use their skills to help others. Volunteers would be expected to put in 2-3 hours a week, with a minimum of a 6-month commitment, teaching adult learners in a one-on-one or small cohort environment to address their educational goals using a variety of digital platforms.
