Our services enable nonprofits to plan for, implement and effectively employ technology tools to achieve their organizational goals. NPower PA is part of network of 12 NPowers across the country. Technology Innovation Project Manager
NPower PA is seeking an individual to lead an innovative project funded by the William Penn Foundation that has the potential to result in groundbreaking, nationally-recognized work.

Project: Help conceive and serve as primary manager for two pilot initiatives designed to test how innovative technology can foster collaboration among groups of nonprofit organizations with related missions or goals, helping them build their constituencies and donor base. Work with developers to provide applications that will integrate these nonprofits? data and be shared by participant organizations. Increase activity and engagement between organizations and among their constituencies using social networking technologies such as mailing lists, message boards, group blogs, folksonomies, or other tools as appropriate.

Qualifications: Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to facilitate group processes. The candidate must also have experience using technology to drive new forms of communication, networking, and/or social and political change, and must be a skilled project manager and systems thinker. Experience as a business systems analyst, including gathering requirements for systems development, is desired.

Additional Responsibilities: In addition to managing the Technology Innovation Project, the successful candidate will also provide consulting services to NPower PA?s clients. These services will consist primarily of assisting our clients with analyzing nonprofit business functions and determining technology solutions appropriate for their needs and budgets.
