NPower PA is looking for an exceptional IT professional to join our team and work to improve the technology infrastructure of nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia region. The successful candidate will work with NPower PA clients to implement technology solutions both in-person and remotely. The qualified candidate must have a passion for nonprofits, excellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal skills, and 3-5 years professional field support experience in the implementation of technology solutions.
The candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including Windows 9x, NT, 2000 (server and professional), 2003 server and XP. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange 2000/2003, and Terminal Services is a must. Configuration of routers, firewalls and VPNs in various settings (DSL, wireless, T1) is required. Working knowledge of Novell Netware is a plus. Spanish fluency a plus. No evening or weekend on-call duties. Position is based in center city Philadelphia.
