TechConnect Seminar: e-philanthropy
Posted by on April 2, 2004
Hello Everyone!
I hope that everyone was able to attend this year’s 2004 N-TEN Nonprofit Technology Conference. It was great having that kind of energy around nonprofit technology here in Philadelphia!
If you’re looking to further apply some of material presented at the conference, or you were able to attend, specifically around e-philanthropy, then the next upcoming TechConnect seminar goes right to the heart of this. If you weren’t able to attend the conference, then is a great start to this type of work in your organization.
The next TechConnect seminar will be held Wednesday, April 14, 2004 from 9:00am – 12 NOON at United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania located at 7 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
The purpose of this presentation is to encourage nonprofit managers to develop and follow strategies for e-philanthropy rooted in the integration of both online and offline practices, resulting in more effective and efficient communication and fundraising programs. The focus of the session will be on providing an outline of tools and techniques. Following this presentation attendees should be able to initiate a process for online philanthropy in their own organizations.
