Teachers Institute of Philadelphia (TIP) Fall 2023 Seminars – Jun 21
Posted by Teachers Institute of Philadelphia on May 23, 2023
The Teachers Institute of Philadelphia (TIP) invites teachers from around the School District of Philadelphia to participate in its fall 2023 Curriculum Laboratory. Upon successful completion of the program, participants (called fellows) earn 20 Act 48 credits and a $1,000 stipend.
In TIP’s content-focused seminars, fellows acquire cutting-edge knowledge from university professors and write original curriculum units based on the material they have learned. They develop creative ways to teach material required by District, state and national curriculum standards, improving results in the classroom.
Visit our seminar page for descriptions of the seminars.
Seminars meet Wednesdays, 5:00-7:00pm, from September to December on the Penn campus.
Application deadline: Wednesday, June 21, 2023
