The Teacher Pipeline Coordinator will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of talent pipeline, pathway and partnership programming for Belmont Charter Network. The candidate will build pathways for internal and external candidates toward degree programs, certifications, professional development, etc. and will provide an innovative internal and external recruitment strategy to aggressively build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Specifically, the Talent Pipeline Coordinator will support the Director of Human Resources in the areas of organization, communication, record keeping, and event support for both BCNs pipeline and partnership programs.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive knowledge of BCNs pipeline and development programs, market the programs to recruitment sources and candidates
- Develop program strategies to implement education/development opportunities for internal and external candidates in accordance with program goals, objectives, and budget constraints
- Design and implement a measurable, goal-driven outreach plan that will culminate in the successful hiring and development of pre-teacher and teacher candidates
- Initial emphasis on new teacher hiring and development but also identifies sources for experienced and seasoned candidates
- Identify and build relationships with technical and high schools, community colleges, higher education partners, educational organizations, etc. with potential candidate resources and work with Talent Acquisition to increase the network’s pool of candidates
- Oversee and manage relationships with Belmonts external university and certification partners
- Act as the central point of contact for program participants, hiring managers, and talent acquisition partners; follow up with relevant internal and external candidates concerning deadlines for program elements
- Develop metrics and evaluate the programs implemented to measure the success rate of the program and candidates hired; regularly communicate findings with leadership
- Adapt talent pipeline programs as needed to improve placement and retention rates
- Gather competitor intelligence to understand their pipeline/recruitment programs and candidate resources
- Collaborate with the Talent team to develop a cutting-edge recruitment marketing campaign that includes media, print, and event promotion to build brand awareness
