July 20-22 at Swarthmore College
The Teacher Leadership Summer Institute is a residential leadership program designed to give Philadelphia teachers (who have completed at least three years of teaching) an opportunity to explore the next stage of their career path. Join us to experiment with various forms of educational leadership, learn the skills needed to be an effective leader, and get the support of a group of colleagues with whom to share ideas and collaborate. The institute will take place at Swarthmore College from 11am on Monday, July 20th to noon on Wednesday, July 22nd. Participants must also commit to engaging in a teacher leadership project during the 2015-2016 school year. Applications are due by Sunday, April 12th. Candidates will be notified of selection by Sunday, April 26th. Please contact Kathleen Melville ([email protected]) with any questions. It’s FREE and really fun. Apply today!
