Teacher Leadership Summer Institute
Posted by on February 10, 2014
The Teacher Leadership Summer Institute is a residential leadership program designed to give Philadelphia teachers (who have completed at least three years of teaching) an opportunity to explore the next stage of their career path. Join us to experiment with various forms of educational leadership, learn the skills needed to be an effective leader, and get the support of a group of colleagues with whom to share ideas and collaborate. The institute will take place at Swarthmore College from 11am on Monday, July 21st to noon on Wednesday, July 23rd. Participants must also commit to engaging in a teacher leadership project during the 2014-2015 school year. The application is due by Saturday, February 22nd. Candidates will be notified of selection by Saturday, March 15th. Please contact Jessie Gluck ([email protected]) with any questions.
