Gas & Electric Arts is now Just Act
Your arts-based catalyst for community activism!
Just Act evolved from Gas & Electric Arts so that we could mesh our expertise in Theatre of the Oppressed with our dynamic approach to theatre creation and work directly at the intersection of arts and social justice. Just Act’s mission is to ignite civic dialogue by creatively partnering with groups who are invested in social justice activism, diversity, and community-driven development to imagine new and just actions using theatre-based strategies. In doing so, Just Act will function as an innovative arts-based resource to communities, organizations and schools with whom we partner, offering them tools that are a catalyst for developing meaningful change.
