Teach Baltimore addresses two of education’s most urgent problems: chronic summer learning loss among low-income students that leads to a widening achievement gap and the shortage of qualified, committed, and well-trained urban teachers in high poverty urban schools. This short new fact sheet outlines several key research findings about maximizing student learning during the summer and non-school hours.
