Taller Puertorriqueno celebrates 35th anniversary
Taller Puertorriqueno has grown over the last 35 years by fostering a Latino community who is engaged, culturally aware and economically vibrant in a society that values its cultural diversity. Taller serves as a destination that catalyzes community development through its arts and cultural resources, and builds bridges between the local community, the Philadelphia region, and the Puerto Rican and Latino Diaspora.
This year, the “Cultural Heart of Latino Philadelphia” will hold its anniversary celebration on Friday, October 22nd from 6-10:30pm at the Skybox at 2424 Studios, 2424 East York Street in the city’s Kensington section. For tickets and sponsorship information, go here or call Aida Devine at 215-426-3311.
