You are cordially invited to the next monthly meeting of “DelCoAD,” the Delware County Asset Development Group.
Dr. Leslie Book and Alexandra Pancoast of the Villanova University School of Law will present their research and recommendations regarding the new IRS initiative to pre-certify low-income families wishing to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit on next year’s returns.

DelCoAD is an information sharing group focused on learning the best possible approach to building the assets of Delaware County?s low income community. In addition, the group seeks to foster communication among the various entities in Delaware County, as well as between Delaware County advocates and state and federal agencies to help shape policy that truly supports asset development for low-income people in the County.
