Taking the Temperature for Afterschool
Would you like to voice your opinions on the current state of afterschool programs in NJ? Are there things that you would like to see happen or events or training you would like to see take place, but don’t know how or who to express your concerns to? If so, you should attend “Taking the Temperature for Afterschool”. NJSACC will hold a total of 7 forums located statewide.
The first forum will be held on Friday, March 16th at our Westfield office housed at the First Baptist Church of Westfield.
There is no cost to attend,
We only ask that you let us know you are planning to attend.
When: Friday, March 16th, 2007
Time: 10am-12:30 pm (A continental breakfast will be served.)
Location: First Baptist Church of Westfield, 170 Elm Street, Westfield, NJ

Each forum will have the same agenda, you only need to attend once! These forums will allow you the opportunity to voice your thoughts and opinions on topics such as

– Professional Development/Training
– Program Quality and Standards
– Networking Opportunities
– Policy

? Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies

? Family Friendly grantees
? NJ After 3 grantees

? faith based organizations serving youth
? youth development programs
