Take the 5th Annual Philadelphia Water Department Customer Survey

Some of you may know that one of our long-time evaluation clients here at ImpactED is the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD). Each year, we design and field a citywide survey for PWD collecting feedback about customer satisfaction, perceptions about water quality, billing, and more.

We would love if you all took part in the 5th annual survey!

Any Philadelphia resident 18 and older is eligible, and participants can enter a raffle to win a $100 gift card. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and is available in Spanish. You cannot take the survey more than once.
