PhillyGoes2College, in partnership with City Year, PhillyRising, Rising Sons, the Free Library of Philadelphia, ACT, Kaplan Learning Services, Mural Arts Program, Clarifi, Diversified Community Services, Ultimate Success 2 and the Philadelphia Education Fund, is pleased to present SWAG Week (Students With A Goal), a week-long series of college-related programs for students during spring break.
