Vanguard Charitable issues RFP for Sustainable Disaster Relief Fund
Vanguard Charitable manages two mission-driven funds focused on the areas of intermediate to long-term disaster relief and the advancement of philanthropy.
To that end, Vanguard Charitable invites applications for its Sustainable Disaster-Relief Fund, established in 2006, to aid communities hit by natural disasters. The fund supports communities as they rebuild and establish the necessary infrastructure to handle the impact of a repeat disaster better.
To be eligible, applicants must be tax-exempt as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
