Extra Learning Opportunities Conference

The conference will focus on advancing systems that support and promote collaboration and youth success. Key elements of high-quality extra learning opportunities are as follows: academic achievement; child well-being and resiliency; community and family involvement; program management – policy, financing, leadership/administration, staffing and training; global learning; and research and evaluation. These key elements will provide the backdrop for participants to learn about the development, implementation and sustainability of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by schools, youth, parents and the community.
