We’re currently hiring Supports Coordinators (Salary range $34,500-36,500). This position provides direct services to consumers. It ensures consumers receive the services needed to live, learn, work and socialize in their communities. This includes the ability to identify, provide and maintain regular supports to assure continuity of care while maintaining compliance with all contract and funding regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree including or supplemented by at least 12 college-level credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology or another behavioral science.
