The Supervising Case Manager will have at least two years experience providing direct services to individuals and/or families. Needs experience in child welfare programs, and adept in social service casework. She/he shall possess the ability to identify with and adapt to the goals and philosophies of the agency and the program and shall be familiar with the concepts of strengths based practice. The Program Supervisor shall be a mature individual with the knowledge of the skills necessary to navigate the Philadelphia School District and Family Court systems. She/he shall demonstrate empathy, flexibility, perseverance, and team orientation. The Truancy Supervisor will monitor contract compliance and service delivery, coordinate services with schools, other public and private agencies, and supervise Truancy Case Managers.
