Summit on the States

Washington, D.C., November 23-24: Center for Policy Alternatives’ Summit on the States. The Center for Policy Alternatives hosts its annual Summit on the States on the theme of “Building a Proactive, Progressive Agenda.” The conference includes workshops on such topics as comprehensive voting reform in the states, corporate responsibility and accountability, and promoting drug treatment over incarceration. Former Labor Secretary and Massachusetts gubernatorial candidate Robert Reich will give the closing plenary. The conference will be held at the Capital Hilton, 1001 16th Street, NW.
