The PA Summit on Educational Excellence for Latino Students ?Roots for Change: Challenges and Opportunities from Early Childhood to Higher Ed? that was scheduled for September has been re-scheduled for December 9 and 10 at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers. Through this Summit we hope we can contribute to the fruition of leaving no child behind. It is the Governor?s Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs? commitment, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education, to build long-term, policy driven agenda for the Commonwealth?s Latino population.
We hope that you will join us in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15 thru October 15 at the Pennsylvania Statewide Latino Conference which will take place at the Adams Mark Hotle on City Line Ave. in Philadelphia on October 21-23, 2004.
