Summer Teachers, Steppingstone Scholars Program
Posted by on April 21, 2014
Steppingstone Scholars, Inc. is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to providing opportunities for motivated and talented Philadelphia schoolchildren. The Steppingstone Scholars Program identifies fourth-graders from Philadelphia public schools and prepares them to enter and succeed in the area’s top college-preparatory schools. Once accepted, Scholars participate in an intensive 14-month-long academic program and are then placed in schools. From there, Scholars have access to support services through middle school, high school, and into college, to ensure successful college completion and career readiness.
