The Summer Owl Leadership Experience at Temple University
July 10 – July 28, 2017
The Summer Owl Leadership Experience (SOLE) allows students entering grades 11th -12th the opportunity to develop and expand their leadership skills through this unique academic program. Students will spend three weeks taking a credit course, participating in a leadership training course, visiting successful professional enterprises, and exploring Philadelphia. Students that complete the college course successfully and later enroll at Temple as a first-time, full-time freshman, will receive a $4,000 tuition grant ($1,000 per year for four years), as long as a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 is maintained, as well as continuous full-time status.
Application Deadline: May 1
Move in Day: July 9
The program will run 9:30am until 6:30 each day for commuter students.
Residential students will participant in evening and weekend activities.
