Summer 2026 Philly Youth Sports Fund Information Session – Jun 17

The Summer 2026 Philly Youth Sports Fund application will open on Friday, June 19, 2026. This is a great opportunity for neighborhood-based nonprofits serving youth through sports to apply for grant funding.
Two requirements must be met to be eligible to receive the grant:
- At least one representative from your organization must attend the Virtual Fund Information Session on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 7:00pm. Register here.
- If awarded, at least one representative from your organization must attend a virtual onboarding session and an in-person celebration. The dates will be provided in the upcoming weeks.
The following documents are required for submission:
- PDF of your organization’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit determination letter from the IRS or PDF of your organization’s LLC Filing Notice from the PA Department of State, or a Pennsylvania or Philadelphia business license
- PDF of your organization’s Form 990 or 990-N (aka e-Postcard)
- PDF of your organization’s current Form W-9 signed and dated in 2026. Please find the most up to date version of the W-9 here.
