What? The Succession Planning Workshop is intended for any entrepreneurs who are looking to acquire a new business or are looking for an exit strategy from an existing business. The handing over of a business should be carefully planned and executed to maximize the owners’ value and the potential for a successful transition.
Why? In this workshop you will learn:

* How to value your businesses
* When should you start marketing the business
* Who are potential buyers
* Financing the business
* Advantages and disadvantages of purchasing vs. starting/franchising business
* What do you need to acquire or succeed an existing business
* Tax issues of the business
* How to find sellers/buyers
